2" Dow Highload 40 EPS foam
This foam provides a superior core material for wings, tail surfaces, and any composite construction. Cuts and shapes easily with common hand tools, as well as hot wire cutters.
This is a high density version of ordinary extruded foam, with 40psi strength compared to the 15psi foam which you will find at your local home improvement store.
We can cut any size pieces(s) you need, the only issue becomes shipping costs which are determined by the box size and weight. If the pieces fit in something like a 36"x12"x4" box, shipping is extremely reasonable.
